When you join our email list, submit a partnership request, or contact us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, organization details, and message content you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use your information to send festival announcements, respond to your inquiry, coordinate partnerships and volunteer roles, and improve the event. We do not sell or rent your information.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number for a festival activity, you may receive event related text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Children's information
Festival activities involving children are registered by a parent or guardian, and we keep only the minimum detail required to run the activity.
