The Bell County Family Success Festival is an annual free community celebration created to connect families with the people, resources, and encouragement that help them succeed.
Our Story
It started with one simple idea.
Families across Bell County work hard, and every school year brings a new set of costs, questions, and pressures. Local organizations were already doing great work — but families often didn't know where to find them.
The Family Success Festival was created to put all of it in one place, on one day, for free: school supplies, trusted local resources, health and family services, children's activities, entertainment, and neighbors who care. What began as a back-to-school gathering is now an annual Bell County tradition.
Presented by Central Texas Children's Academy and organized by Billy Coach Jr., the festival grows every year through the generosity of local businesses, churches, nonprofits, schools, military and first responder organizations, and hundreds of volunteers.
