Sponsorships fund backpacks, supplies, entertainment, and the day-of experience. Recognition ranges from signage and stage mentions to logo placement across our website and materials.

A few hours changes a family's year.

Volunteers welcome families, run activity zones, hand out backpacks, support partners, and keep the day running. Roles are available for individuals, families, students, and groups.

Reach hundreds of local families.

Food trucks, family-friendly retailers, service providers, and local makers are invited to apply for booth space. Priority is given to Bell County-based businesses.

Backpack Initiative

Send kids back to school ready.

Our annual Backpack Initiative provides clear and mesh backpacks filled with school supplies, at no cost to families, in line with district clear-bag requirements. Businesses, churches, and individuals can sponsor backpacks or donate supplies.

The next campaign goal will be published when the upcoming festival is announced.
